We will be collecting votes on proposed covenant changes for Cliffs and Cliffs II prior to a final vote during the next board meeting. 

These changes will remove the developers as the controllers of the ACC, and their right to replat the developments.  Also two previous amendments are included so as not to be stand alone documents.
